Solgar® Hair Complex is a food supplement formulated with Keranat®, biotin, zinc and copper. This carefully selected combination of ingredients includes nutrients that contribute to the maintenance of normal hair.
Biotin and zinc contribute to the maintenance of normal hair, while copper contributes to normal hair pigmentation. The formula is free from gluten, dairy, soya, preservatives, artificial flavours and colours.

How to Take
As a food supplement for adults, one (1) vegetable softgel daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Do not exceed directions for use. Store at room temperature.
