Shipping
We aim to despatch all orders within 48 working hours of receipt.
Please note that our warehouse is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and main UK holidays.
All orders are shipped using Royal Mail's Tracked services. Your tracking number will be sent to you by email when your order is shipped.
Orders shipped outside of the UK will be delivered by local delivery services - your tracking number may change when your item is transferred to your local carrier.
Taxes & Duties
UK VAT rates apply to customers ordering within the UK.
Customers ordering for delivery to Europe will be charged VAT at their local VAT rate on orders under EUR 150.
Customers placing orders over the value of EUR 150 will not be charged VAT but will be liable for import VAT on delivery.
When you order from outside of the UK and Europe, you will not pay VAT on your order. However, you will be liable for any local taxes and duties on delivery.
Your order will be shipped with a UK CN22 customs label to help your local delivery service process any taxes and duties that may apply.
