Product Description
Fast-acting glucose, wherever you are
GlucoGel is a 40% dextrose oral glucose gel made by BBI Healthcare, designed to raise blood sugar quickly when levels drop too low (hypoglycaemia, or a "hypo"). Each pocket-sized 25g tube contains approximately 10g of glucose. Because it's a gel, it's easy to swallow and needs no water or chewing – helpful when someone feels shaky, confused or unwell.
Who is it for?
GlucoGel is a food for special medical purposes for the dietary management of hypoglycaemia. It's commonly used by people with type 1 and type 2 diabetes, and by the parents, carers and schools who look after them. Use under medical supervision.
What's in the box: 3 x 25g tubes of GlucoGel.
Storage: Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight.
